How to Sleep and rest After the hair transplantation :

4 Nights you should sleep with neck pillow

Swelling after the hair transplantation :

Why swelling occurs ? The fluids given under the tissue during the hair transplantation causes the
swelling to the forehead and detention area,for a less impact do not lean downwards too much and keep
the head up in an upright position and provent yourself from doing sudden movements .

To Eliminate the anesthesia which is in your body as quickly as possible,you should consume a lot of
water also eating pineapple and drinking green tea can help the elimination a little bit faster .

• Alcohol,Cigarettes and Caffeinatted drinks should not be consumed in the first 10 days after the hair
  transplantation

• Sexual Contact during the first 7 days after the hair transplantation should be avoided.

• 20 days after the hair transplantation physical exercises and light sports can be performed , after 30 days heavy
  sporting and gymnastics can be done ,but you must keep in mind that excessive perspiration must be avoided
  during the first 3 months after hair transplantation.

• After 10 days of the hair transplantation has past you may then wear hats or berets but as for wearing helmits
  you must wait for around 20 to 30 days .
• Make sure that you do not bang your head ( espically when entering and exiting the car ) Any kind of impact
  can cause bleeding and loss of grafts .

Using the Swimming Pool or going to the sea After hair transplantation

It is not recommended for the 1st month of the hair transplantation this is to eliminate the risk of
infection

How to dress and undress after hair transplantation
You must be very careful during dressing and undressing, we do not recommend zero collar T-Shirts
and tight clothes,we prefer shirts with bottons or zippers or baggy V neck T-shirts for the first
periods after the hair transplantation process .

When you may have a haircut

The implanted hair area and the hair reception area can only be cut with scissors starting from the 2nd month
of the hair transplantation . As for shaving the hair with a shaving machine you have to wait up to 4 months .

As for dying process which can only be done 1 year after the hair transplantation due to the chemicals that it
contains .

Hair Loss after hair transplantation :

After the transplantation around 1 to 1,5 months later 90% of the implanted hair will fall out . After the 3rd month the
hair will start growing again . After 6 to 7 months a noticable change will be observed and in 1 year the whole growing
process will be completed . Important information to keep in mind is that the top peek of the hair growth can take up
to 1,5 years to completely grow because of the blood circulation being a little bit slower .

Shock hair loss after the hair transplantation :

After the transplantation in some cases ( about 15% to 20%) you may see that hair reception area may
also have hair loss no worries for the area will start tı regrow again with in 3 to 4 monts simultaneously
with the implanted area.

The 3rd,4th,5th,6th,7th,8th,9th and 10th washes are exactly same as the 2nd wash 1st put lotion
on ajd wait 30 minutes then rinse . Straight after you have the shampoo and when finished dry
with paper towel .

3rd Wash SAME

Before the wash use lotion and wait 30 minutes

Between 4st Wash and 10th wash
Apply lotion
Before the wash use lotion and wait 30 minutes

10th Wash :

In the wash, all the scabs will be poured by massaging with sterile

gauze as in the video and the photo will be sent after washing.
